Misleading advert regarding "free shipping"
Please be aware that this product is coming from overseas and even though the shipping is advertised as "free", you will be liable to pay for VAT and Duties. My screen costed R1690 and I was slapped with a DHL bill of R671.75. The "free" shipping is misleading and I wrote to admin@customersupport.care and received no feedback. I do not want my money back, this product actually is ( surprisingly ) very good, easy to install and looks durable and I wrote suggesting that they should make the whole shipping and costing procedure more honest. For this quality, I would have paid R2500 without thinking twice... but this nasty surprise of an unforeseen VAT and Duties bill makes the experience unpleasant.

Excellent Product
Website, emails and payment method all seem slightly dodge, but an excellent product (Magnetic Screen Door) manufactured and delivered nearly a week ahead of schedule. Super simple installation and extremelly effective. Thank you!
