STAY AWAY ! I brought my iPhone in for battery change and encountered many technical problems after. This company refuses to acknowledge any wrongdoings. On another note, my phone's security was also compromised and one instance was when I got credit card ***** alert shortly after my phone was returned. I found it very sketchy that they asked me for the phone's pin number when I handed it over.... Very suspicious !
I bought a Nespresso milk frother from the Nespreso boutique at V&A Waterfront. After using it for a week, I noticed some burnt milk patches on the surface of the container... strange, because I make a point of always washing this frother thoroughly immediately after every use. These patches were impossible to clean just a gentle swipe of a soft sponge, so naturally I had to use a bit of pressure in order to completely clean it off. A few days later, the burnt mark came back and I then decided to take the device back to Nespresso. They refused to take it back because they could see hairline marks on the Teflon surface from the "Aggressive" cleaning that I did. They told me that I should've brought the device back uncleaned to proof that the device is faulty. This is simply gross ! There was no negotiation, once the device is somewhat "used", they take zero responsibility and won't even admit that there might be a manufacturing fault.... Nespresso is a big money making corporation... they will say/ do everything to ensure that they're always right... not the customer. By admitting that there could be a fault in their appliance would only mean that they will lose money. All I wanted was an appliance in proper working order. I didn't demand a refund, I simply asked if they could repair it or replace it with one which is properly working.
I bought garment covers and what arrived did not match the pictures / description on the website.
I took a chance on this online platform and to my surprise my items arrived !
I was initially skeptical because the prices on this website are much lower than the regular stores. I decided to give it a try anyway and was pleasantly surprised. Products arrived safe and according to the description. The delivery took a bit longer than your average delivery lead-time, but I wasn't in a hurry.
As a furbaby parent, I would not entrust my babies to just about anyone. This parlour is more than just a parlour - it is a happy place where my two dogs love going to. I would compare this to when you take your kids to Disneyland. It makes my heart melt to see how happy they are when they see the parlour's owners - I just know that their mental and physical well being are taken care of.
If I could give this business a 10 star rating I would. I have one of the most difficult hairs due to my mixed ethnicity and the stylist I am working with really understands my requirements - it is a time and place where I could close my eyes, relax and let them work my hair. The salon owner is one of the most hard-working and caring people that I have come across, she is there everyday, making sure the clients are taken care of. This hair salon is made of loyal staff members who trained by Mr Frank Fowden himself and who have been there for decades. They are some of the most professional and respectful people I know. They go beyond to ensure that the clients are happy and walk out feeling great inside and outside !
This business deserves more than 5 stars. Ordered my goods on Saturday and I just received it now ( on Monday )in Cape Town. Prices are super competitive too. Thanks Andre !
This is a legit website / online store. Goods came so neatly packed ( very true to the Japanese way of presentation ) and the box arrived in a pristine condition ( i don't know how ). Seller is very responsive on IG DM.
Please be aware that this product is coming from overseas and even though the shipping is advertised as "free", you will be liable to pay for VAT and Duties. My screen costed R1690 and I was slapped with a DHL bill of R671.75. The "free" shipping is misleading and I wrote to *********** and received no feedback. I do not want my money back, this product actually is ( surprisingly ) very good, easy to install and looks durable and I wrote suggesting that they should make the whole shipping and costing procedure more honest. For this quality, I would have paid R2500 without thinking twice... but this nasty surprise of an unforeseen VAT and Duties bill makes the experience unpleasant.
