I'm extremely disappointed with the shocking level of service from Fly.cool.
My wifi signal is extremely weak and only works properly when standing very close to the router. This makes it impossible to work online from home.
I attempted to contact Fly.cool through all their available channels:
Multiple calls to their support numbers - NO ANSWER WhatsApp support bot - MY ISSUE WAS NOT LISTED After two days of struggling with the bot I was finally connected to a live agent however - NO RESPONSE
Through a third party my issue reached Nicholas, a Fly.cool support agent who advised that I should purchase a Wi-Fi booster instead of arranging for a technician to investigate the issue. This advice was given without any technical assessment of my connection. By someone who has no business giving technical advise.
Only after I indicated that I would expose the matter publicly was my complaint finally logged (entertained) under reference number 01219376
It has now been FOUR days and counting since the reference number was issued, and I still have not been contacted by a technician.
This level of customer service in APPALLING and unacceptable. As a paying client I expect proper support and a timely resolution. However the support team thinks they're doing us a favour and we actually pay them to give us hell.
This matter is currently unresolved and I shall now gladly escalate the complaint to the telecommunications regulator and regret giving Fly.cool one star. The deserve none.
