Incorrect information on credit file

I have managed to trace this company to a loan place called Cash Balance. I took a payday loan in 2022, this was paid the very same month I got it. They are reflecting as Fochong General Traders on my credit file since 2023 saying I owe them R731. I have emailed, called and sent whatsapps with no response, all the details from their website.

HOW do I get them off my credit file???????
