I am really not happy with your service. you keep on trying to debit from my account when i have already paid and its causing me charges please credit note the late payment fee that was charged i paid with easy pay twice instead you did a mess from my account. Kindly amend accordingly.

Horrible service. Bought a laptop in April 2021, returned it for repairs in June and they brought it back with same problem. Returned it again in September and they brought another laptop (diff brand) saying it’s the replacement. 2 months later I see the statement reflecting that I’m now paying for 2 laptops. I called the manager and they said they investigating. I sent back that laptop since I did not order it and I’m stil paying for 2 laptops that I don’t have in my possession and they stil investigating in 2023.

Horrible service. Bought a laptop in April 2021, returned it for repairs in June and they brought it back with same problem. Returned it again in September and they brought another laptop (diff brand) saying it’s the replacement. 2 months later I see the statement reflecting that I’m now paying for 2 laptops. I called the manager and they said they investigating. I sent back that laptop since I did not order it and I’m stil paying for 2 laptops that I don’t have in my possession and they stil investigating in 2023.

Previously l complained about the unfair blacklisting by Homechoice . They contacted me and promised to look into the matter . On the 09th of March 2023 . Mrs Lee -Ann Peterson promised to help me . She requested my ID and affidavit confirming my dispute with the Home Choice . On the 10th of March 2023 sent them and response was received with the Ref 2959136 . To date I haven't receive the results of the investigations, instead the company is forcing me to pay . My conscience is clear I didn't order blankets . I also sent them my last proof of my order which were curtains beside I don't remember placing an order for anything.

My father was relieved from work on medical grounds, and we submitted the necessary documentation to FoneChoice to claim against the credit insurance. Because he struggles to hear and communicate over the phone, we submitted a Power of Attorney, so I can communicate with them. It has now been more than 3 months and we have received absolutely no response from FoneChoice. They do however call between 1 and 4 times a day to ask about payment on the account. When he answers and struggles to hear them or talk to them, they just kill the call. They have no sensitivity for people who can no longer communicate telephonically! I have spoken to call centre operator after call centre operator, explaning the situation, but still no change. Just ongoing harrasing calls. I called in to find out what the status of the claim is, and they refused to assist! Oh yes, and when I complained about the lack of sensitivity, the response from the people dealing with complaints, a simple - the call centre calls because the account is in arrears. Please think twice before supporting FoneChoice, even if you pay insurance, it seems they are absolutely set on NOT honoring any claims or even afford you the chance to talk to them, when you call them. But harrasing you with calls are is the only thing they are actually capable of! The sister companies, HomeChoice & FinChoice was on the ball. Cudos to you!

I bought a laptop in February 2022 on the 04 April 2022 the laptop was returned to homechoice and it was booked for repairs Today is the 03 January 2023 I am paying for the second hand laptop they have sold me. Called the call centre and their agent are so called no solutions Ordered the laptop for my son who was starting the college in 2022 my boy studied without the laptop the whole year It's been 9 months of me paying for the laptop All I need from you guys is to cancel the account because I no longer need the laptop I have ordered from hifi corporation and theirs is working fine Went to branches several times no one seemed to be interested Called the call centre your agents are very arrogant You guys are ripping me off I just lost my husband. I am an unemployed widow what must I do My credit record is gonna be affected if I just don't pay Can you cancel this and stop taking my money it's 9 months later now yhooo

I phoned FoneChoice on September 2022 to find out if i have outstanding balance, i was told to pay R256 which i was not supposed to pay. Instead that R256. 45 was mine . I called again the next day the lady who assisted me said they will refund me 256.45 and i asked her about the one i paid cash deposit at Fnb, she said i must send proof of payment, i sent proof of payment then i was told they can't refund me. They referred me to Zameka, she send me email telling me she can not refund me because the money is not showing on my statement she only refunded the 1 she saw, at least if she said let me go an check our account(the one i made deposit) i will come back to you that was something.. So iam not happy about the service i received because they were sending me from pillar to post as if i don't know what im talking about. If i am not refunded by the end of this month I will take the matter to ombudsman office

I have an up to date account payment at fonechoice but when I checked my clear score it showed that my fonechoice account is in areas. As a result my credit score dropped by 27 points. There is no month that I skipped payment I pay via debit order every month. When I called them the phone was answered by a lady by the name of Asavela and she hung up on me while I was still asking her how is it possible that my account is in areas because even this month I paid. I even ask her why is my account still not paid up by September 2022 but in May 2022 my balance was R 2190 and I pay R 757 every month.

The consultant contacted me informing me to only pay this amount and the account will be paid in full, I request paid up letter and the recording of the day I was inform about the last payment they keep on telling me there is still an outstanding amount to be paid.
