Debit order and loan account ****

I am honestly tired of you , last month you debited my account incorrectly, you then apologized and sent a paid up letter and now a debit order went through yesterday 31/03/25 of R256 of which i can say i don’t have an issue with but the balance is on R400 . Whyyyyy??? please close that 6 months loan i dont want anything to do with you, your company is horrible with their service. I am sooooooo disappointed in you i really regret the first time i got my self to your company.

I am really not happy with your service. you keep on trying to debit from my account when i have already paid and its causing me charges please credit note the late payment fee that was charged i paid with easy pay twice instead you did a mess from my account. Kindly amend accordingly.
