I bought a laptop in February 2022 on the 04 April 2022 the laptop was returned to homechoice and it was booked for repairs Today is the 03 January 2023 I am paying for the second hand laptop they have sold me. Called the call centre and their agent are so called no solutions Ordered the laptop for my son who was starting the college in 2022 my boy studied without the laptop the whole year It's been 9 months of me paying for the laptop All I need from you guys is to cancel the account because I no longer need the laptop I have ordered from hifi corporation and theirs is working fine Went to branches several times no one seemed to be interested Called the call centre your agents are very arrogant You guys are ripping me off I just lost my husband. I am an unemployed widow what must I do My credit record is gonna be affected if I just don't pay Can you cancel this and stop taking my money it's 9 months later now yhooo
