I phoned FoneChoice on September 2022 to find out if i have outstanding balance, i was told to pay R256 which i was not supposed to pay. Instead that R256. 45 was mine . I called again the next day the lady who assisted me said they will refund me 256.45 and i asked her about the one i paid cash deposit at Fnb, she said i must send proof of payment, i sent proof of payment then i was told they can't refund me. They referred me to Zameka, she send me email telling me she can not refund me because the money is not showing on my statement she only refunded the 1 she saw, at least if she said let me go an check our account(the one i made deposit) i will come back to you that was something.. So iam not happy about the service i received because they were sending me from pillar to post as if i don't know what im talking about. If i am not refunded by the end of this month I will take the matter to ombudsman office
