I’m Nombuso Lindeka Mhlongo Who unfairly dismissed at FootGear PTY LTD (at Mzimkhulu Branch ) I took my Case CCMA in Durban where I ended up failing to attend the hearing’s because I ran out funds. We then between me, CCMA Representative and FootGear Legal Team reach a settlement agreement that I’m withdrawing the case since it’s expensive for me to attend hearings in Durban. In the Settlement agreement we Agreed that I will be compensated for travelling expenses that used attending to this case. The Agreement was FootGear will pay me R 5000. 00 Which that did not happen instead they Paid R4100,00 And I’m calling them I seem not to be attended to.
