Bad service
I ordered online from this store. Nike Air Force on the 9 September 2023. Till today, I haven't received my order. They communicated with me at first via WhatsApp that they had delays on 19 September and they were sorry. When I enquired again about my order on the 27 September they only responded with Hy, no proper answer about where is my order. The number they are using on WhatsApp is on voicemail when I try to reach out. I also got Hy at 01h47 in the morning, no explanation, just Hy at that time of the morning. Today is the 10 October and I requested my full refund and they are not picking up the phone. Their customer service is really bad and I want my money back as I can now see that I won't be getting my shoes. Their details are as follows: 0794747270, e-mail: footnuz9@gmail.com
