I'm really dissapointed with Footroen service. I ordered 1 pair of Nike sneakers on the 15 April 2025, till today no communication whatsover by when will I receive my order. I tried calling them and the phone went straight to voicemail and e-mails are not being answered. If I'm not getting my order, I would like to request my money back ASAP.
Standard Bank I see a standard bank mortgage that was added on the 13th February 2025 to my clear score credit report. I didn't open any account with Standard Bank and I don't have any mortgage with any other bank for that matter and I would like this mortgage removed under my name as soon as possible.
I ordered online from this store. Nike Air Force on the 9 September 2023. Till today, I haven't received my order. They communicated with me at first via WhatsApp that they had delays on 19 September and they were sorry. When I enquired again about my order on the 27 September they only responded with Hy, no proper answer about where is my order. The number they are using on WhatsApp is on voicemail when I try to reach out. I also got Hy at 01h47 in the morning, no explanation, just Hy at that time of the morning. Today is the 10 October and I requested my full refund and they are not picking up the phone. I applied for an American Express credit card from Nedbank on the 10th January 2022. I went to the branch to collect it on 21st January and created a pin and all. Within 48 hours the card was suppose to be active. I called Nedbank and the gentleman couldn't see the card on the system and he couldn't help me and advised me to go to the nearest branch which I did. Only to find out when I'm there yesterday 26 January from the branch 1 digit from the card number was captured incorrectly and they re-done everything and created the pin again and according to them, the card should be active within 24 hours. On my Nedbank APP available balance, I can't see it but under cards, I can see the balance and I was told I can transact even though I can't see the available balance. I tried buying data from the APP and I couldn't meaning they lied to me. I also see another card number on the APP of which I don't know that card and I don't have it. I'm not sure if I was suppose to get 2 cards or what, in my possession, i have a gold American express credit card which I need to be active, and blue membership rewards card. I'm really not happy with Nedbank because I really need this card to be active, I applied for it since I need to do something with it not to decorate my wallet with cards. Regards Tembela
I've been trying to get a paid-up letter for my personal loan. I tried calling several times and speaking to different people and every time I get transferred to the collections department my call gets cut off. What I need is a simple "Paid-up letter" that's all but I can't get through to FNB. Can you please assist?
Sim swap issue. My phone got stolen with my rain sim card inside. I've requested replacement sim, since i bought a new phone. Been contacting rain and sent what was required from me. It's been more than a week now, sim card still no service. They are telling me about back office is handling it. First they told me takes 24 to 48hrs for sim card to be activated. It's not the case with me. It's more than a week still no service. I'm really not happy with their service.
