I placed an order on the 27th January and update have not received an information regarding the status of my order. I tried calling, sending WhatsApp and emailing them to follow up but no one cares to respond. I feel ****med. Please be careful buying from Footroen as you will be doing that at own risk.

I'm really dissapointed with Footroen service. I ordered 1 pair of Nike sneakers on the 15 April 2025, till today no communication whatsover by when will I receive my order. I tried calling them and the phone went straight to voicemail and e-mails are not being answered. If I'm not getting my order, I would like to request my money back ASAP.

I do not recommend buying from here. Bought converse in December, they didn’t communicate with me nor when i sent emails. I only received communication early April informing me to pick different since they were out of stock. I wasn’t given an option for a refund..

I ordered sneakers on the 07 December. Apparently the courier company couldn’t get hold of me on my cell number and this is because Footroen gave them an incorrect number. The order was sent back to them. I have been calling them for my order and they decided to ignore my messages and they don’t even answer their phones. My advice is do business with them at your own risk.

I ordered shoes on the 13th of December2024 and they still haven’t arrived there are rules state that Shoes must come around 3-6 days Which they have not come excluding holidays which I contact them on WhatsApp and the WhatsApp service is bad the person that you’re speaking to his so useless or she is so useless the matter would’ve been resolved very easy all they need to do is make a new booking for me but they’ve been avoiding that which has been making me feel like I’m being ****med I talk to one of the sponsors Not only one but three which they’re trying to help me out if you guys are having problems with them talk to one of the sponsors so that they can help you also with the Issue but moving on this people keep on saying they’re going to solve the problem or they are trying their best are they going to solve it after Christmas which they have not the field so many times every day to wake up in the morning just to text them ask them if they’re helping me with my situation which their field so many times

This by far is the worst service I had ever received. I have returned shoes on the 6th.12.2024 for an exchange of size. It took you guys 3 weeks before you can collect the shoes at post net. I have been following up every day and the best response I get is we waiting for response from the internal team everyday. You don't have a direct line and when I phone the 081 number it rings and hangs up.its 2 days before Christmas and I'm so frustrated that my son won't have shoes for the day. I'm so disappointed and not.can you attend to this please.

Ordered a size 7 and what was delivered was a size 7 and half. Upon trying to find out what their exchange policy was, I was given the run around and told that I could send the sneakers back to Broadacres postnest, an hour away from me, as if it's my fault. Today a different agent says I can go to my nearest postnet and they will deliver them to postnet Broadacres. The incompetence. I will not get thwsw shows by Christmas. I am told, if I had done this earlier I would be getting them this week as they are working in exchanges. This isn't even my fault and that's what irritates me.

Warning: Avoid Footroen at all costs! I had a truly frustrating experience with this company. They claim to prioritize customer happiness, but their actions couldn’t be further from that. I ordered a pair of trainers, eagerly awaiting their arrival. Unfortunately, I received the wrong pair. When I reached out to customer service, they said they would only offer a replacement if I returned the shoes, but I was told I had to cover the return postage with no explanation as to why. Given the added cost and inconvenience, I requested a refund instead, only to be told that they do not offer refunds. This is completely unacceptable. Their lack of transparency, poor customer service, and disregard for the customer’s experience are shocking. Please, learn from my experience and think twice before ordering from Footroen. The way they handle issues is a joke, and it’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them.
