Horrible service

Would give them a 0 rating if I could! Horrible service. It was my first time ordering from them. I placed the order and didn't hear anything after a week I followed up and was informed that my product was out of stock and they will refund me. I am still waiting for my refund. They do not respond to my emails or their social media page chat. They lost me as a customer.
