Poor after sales service
I bought expensive CCTV cameras from Forbtech in New Redruth. With the purchase everything went smoothly and I was impressed. The cameras were the wrong type and not suitable for my purpose. Forbtech just refused to swop it for the correct cameras as per their company policy because it wasn't sealed in the box anymore. I think it is poor customer service and will therefore never support them again.

15 Oct 2020, 15:01This business doesn't even reply here. It is not surprising. I wrote to them and told them Hikvision said they gave me the wrong DVR for these cameras. They didn't bother to answer.
