Unauthorized charge to my credit card

Force Factor shipped my free sample of one of their products to me from an online offer, with a shipping and handling fee of US$4.99 which was debited to my credit card. <br> <br> A month later, another AUD$100.93 was debited to my credit card without my authority whatsoever.<br> <br> There is also no telephone number to call during Australian office hours.
