Sold me a car that was involved in an accident?

Bought a ford focus in 2020, it gave issues within 3 months, had to change the injectors, I tried resolving the issue with the salesman but ended up involving lawyers and then got refund for the repairs, come 2024 I wanted to sell the car to get a new one, the vehicle was inspected and they said it was involved in a accident, they showed me a couple of signs and funny enough I did not notice that when I bought the car, now the value has declined drastically because of that, so I bought a car that was involved in an accident from a dealership, apparently the car might not have airbags 😢
