Best customer service and fast response,
So far I am happy with how they respond to my queries, they are quick and you won't wait for days without response, got my windscreen claim sorted. I was also stuck on the road and used their road side assistance 2 times in 1 year no issues.

Don't service your car with them you will cry.
They deserve 0 stars, I don't know why I took my car to do service in that branch, a month later after service my car is leaking coolant, drove it to the branch only to be quoted R15k for stripping quote and they did not know what the real issue is, So i rejected the quote because the full quotes can be any amount, when I went back my car was smoking with white smoke, blown gasket, Ni was shocked because I was driving thr car there and even went to Pretoria driving the car but just after leaving it there for a week then there is huge white smoke and a big Noise coming from the engine, had to call tow truck, I regret taking my car there, and I will never ever in my life consider buying ford.

Sold me a car that was involved in an accident?
Bought a ford focus in 2020, it gave issues within 3 months, had to change the injectors, I tried resolving the issue with the salesman but ended up involving lawyers and then got refund for the repairs, come 2024 I wanted to sell the car to get a new one, the vehicle was inspected and they said it was involved in a accident, they showed me a couple of signs and funny enough I did not notice that when I bought the car, now the value has declined drastically because of that, so I bought a car that was involved in an accident from a dealership, apparently the car might not have airbags 😢

I placed a bet on fafi which is the first ball from gosloto 5/36, they say I lost but the results proves that I won 8 15 17 22 35 but according to them the results are 35,22,8,15,17 I asked them for source but never got one they referred me to thier web site 😞 this draw was at 05:30am 14/06/2024 I am being ****med here, I've played this before and know how it works but now they had to change the results for me to loose? Where is the prove of your gosloto results 5/36 my bet was 8 which is correct and is the first number but they turned it and made it 35 😭 as a first number, please double check the gosloto results 5/36 at 05:30 14/06/2024 and tell them the first drawn number is not 8?
