Poor aftersales service, do not buy from this dealer.

Extremely unprofessional and poor after sales service. I purchased a new vehicle in December 2023 and the process to purchase was extremely complicated.

The OTP was incorrect and a lot of extra's were added on without my consent (this delayed the release of the vehicle as the OTP had to be amended twice to remove items that I did not ask for). Furthermore, to date (in January 2024) I am still waiting for my vehicle registration to be completed as I live in Gauteng. I have waited over 45 days and still no resolution.

The salesman was not knowledgeable on Ford products. Efforts to contact the salesman and dealer principle were fruitless. Emails go unanswered or false promises to get back to me.

I do not recommend supporting this dealership. There are way better dealers out there.
