Bought a vehicle at Human Select less than a month ago and found a problem with it going on holiday took it back early January salesperson was on leave had to wait he made a booking took it in and they let me know after a few days only it's the Injectors they I received a mail from innovation they want to claim the Injectors on the extended warranty Im paying for my peace of mind .....I'm not happy with that cause haven't had the vehicle long les than a week and now they claimed Injectors on my extended warranty and they vehicles is still having the same issues i reported now I must wait again because they to busy and must make a booking again the first time I thought i had a booking but when the vehicle arrived they only made booking and the vehicle had to wait for the booking date then they only ordered the parts after the claim process and it was all for nothing and now again and now I can't claim for Injectors again it was replaced unnecessary because it didn't solve the problem I told him and someone from management I'm unhappy with this and I want another vehicles wich is my right...but they didn't respond yet

The dealership sold me a mobile coffin. They ignored all the dangers on the car and luckily because im not a as stupid as thought I took the car to Basil Green and they discovered all the bad things that were happening underneath the car. I lost out on my holiday and disappointed in the dealership, I hope they don't ever pull such stunts to any human being.

Excellent service from the guys at Bloemfontein Ford this morning. Thanks, guys, for rescuing this damsel in distress. A loose heat shield was diagnosed immediately and repaired in minutes. No charge. This kind of customer service is why I drive a Ford.

Since I bought my Ford Ranger in 2022 I have been having issues with it. The day the Ranger was delivered the GPS did not pick up Bloemfontein at all. After which I reset the the computer myself due to the sales consultant taking too long to get back to me. Since then the Ranger computer intermittently does not come on at all. You have to switch the whole bakkie off first and switch it back on. Also the warning alarms also change it sounds by it self. It seems that this happens mostly in the winter months. Both these problems were already highlighted with both services the Ranger had, but are still not resolved. Then this past weekend when driving to Mossel bay the bakkie starting to make a screeching noise and also lost power. It did not want to go any faster than 120km/h and feels like it does not have any power. I phoned the service consultant from the previous service on Monday and asked to bring the Ranger in, but that I would require a loan car. He said that he would follow-up and let me know once a available loan car was available. Today is Wednesday. I have not had any feedback yet.

Best service ever. My experience with Ford Human Auto Bloemfontein was great. Friendly staff and a Excellent Service Manager. This is one of the reasons I prefer Ford. You always feel like a VIP when your vehicle is in for a service/repair.

WOW. Terrible service from the workshop. My 3.2 Everest (2017model) broke down a month ago and they can still not tell me what caused the issue. Now the head is sent away for testing. 2 weeks later and I am still waiting. Sorry sir the service advisor is on leave! I am sitting with a massive "Estimated quote" and little to no feedback. Really Terrible service. This is my 3rd and last Ford!

Terrible service experienced from Human Auto Bloemfontein. Took my vehicle in for a service on its plan on the 13th of June. Only to receive a call from them that afternoon stating they had a accident with my vehicle. No feedback from them, I have to phone every second day to find out what the situation is, only to hear that their assessor has not yet visited them to approve the insurance claim. A month later and nothing has been done to even start repairing my vehicle!!!!!! For such a company the service is a disgrace, especially for it being their fault. Very disappointed!!!!
