The dealership sold me a mobile coffin. They ignored all the dangers on the car and luckily because im not a as stupid as thought I took the car to Basil Green and they discovered all the bad things that were happening underneath the car. I lost out on my holiday and disappointed in the dealership, I hope they don't ever pull such stunts to any human being.
Bought cooked food on 29/10/2024 at Stoneridge and fell sick. The chicken had a funny smell, I put it aside and ate the samp, cabbage and soup. I fell sick the whole night my tummy was runny I initially thought I was in labor since I'm pregnant. It's only now I hear from other colleagues that food *****s sells rotten food especially the chicken , sill in pain and pity I can't take anything. I wish they could do something about the quality of food they serve people , with the rate of food poisoning these days it's scary.
It was my first time applying for visa and would like to give a BIG thanks to Sihle Sithole for being such a darling. He took us (my colleague and I) through the whole process with ease and was very patient with us we even forgotwe were nervous, @ VISA GLOBAL ITALY this one is a keeper. Sihle we need friendly and welcoming consultants like you , you simply rock thank you once again. This is service one longs for, kudos.
Momentum has poor communication skilled personnel or its selective as whom to assist or not. I was involved in a accident (trucks fault) on 15/03/2023 and till today the panelbeaters are waiting for Momentum to approve. No one is updating us on the matter and my husband is the one doing follow ups which amounts to no success. It's 10 days already with the hired car and the contract is 30 days ,my car has still not being assessed, no one is saying anything . I'm now worried they'll use cheapskate fittings on my car. Had we missed a payment they'd have called a million times and sent in lawyers and choppers but they drag their feet when it comes to service delivery. We'll change to a better insurer after all this
Ordered shoes on Jan 11 for delivery on the 3rd or 4th week after. When I made a follow up I was then told the order will be late, which didn't work in my favour. Asked for a refund only to be told there can only be exchanged which I don't want to since the lady Ree is very unprofessional and ignorant . She's been ignoring both my calls and emails, I really find the lady unprofessional and upsetting. She doesn't even update her website, my order still says 'awaiting processing'. Ree just has to pay my money, talk about supporting black business they say. I'm bored to tears with the service recieved.
Well done to these guy for the turn around they've done since our last bad encounter. Not only they followed up with the enquiry but delivered all goods on time. I was quick to complain about them and I should be as quick giving praise where is due. Thank you keedo team and thank you hello peter !
Ridiculous. I received an order that was not complete and it even shows pending on the website. I sent 3 mails and still no one bothered to respond besides the stupid 'we'll get back to you on 72 hrs', which they don't and WHY IS THERE NOT CONTACT NUMBER?? . By the time my baby's clothes arrive he'll be too big for them since their cuts are small-I actually want my money back, that's if they'll EVER contact me . I really wish I had read reviews before but I didn't expect it to be such a nightmare from what I atleast thought was a reputable company. I'm NEVER BUYING THERE AGAIN
