We bought a vehicle from FORD Nelspruit: 1. Kilometers on vehicle was almost 3 000 km more, than advertised, no explanation received. 2. Advertised as full service history, still not fully clarified. 3. Advertised as good condition and confirmed in writing, only one mark that could easily be polished out. On receiving vehicle more than 30 marks, that could not be polished out, at all. 4. Was told car was priced, as per condition, only one mark, that could be polished out....Which was not true. 5. Personnel was not able capable to handle the situation, lack of service and communication on paperwork and blatantly **** on three occasions, regarding arrangements for collection.

Before I write the review, I will say, my naivety played a part, just writing to warn others. Early this year (2022) I bought a car from Ford Nelspruit, a low mileage 2020 Toyota corolla XS sedan. It had some issues that would be undetected by a normal person. It was spray painted (the whole thing), it was panel-beated, missing curtain airbags, steering wheel airbag was loose and comes off mid drive, the panel beater stole the Toyota sim-card (I can see it's location), and none of this was openly disclosed, and the car was sold at market value. I thought maybe a big dealership would not need such scrutiny... I was wrong, it needs to be treated like a Joburg CBD second hand car dealership. Be careful guys, get a dekra report/expert to inspect any car you buy from any dealership.

Buying a used car these days is always difficult, you never know how much you can trust either the person or the dealership you buy from. Which is why when one buys a pre owned vehicle. You often choose to buy from a reputable dealer, albeit at a premium price. You have the peace of mind knowing you have recourse because of the cpa I bought a pre owned 2018 ford ranger wild trak from Audi mbombela (nelspruit) When they delivered the vehicle there were a few small things I noticed which needed to be attended to. As I do with all my cars, I got my friend to run a diagnostics on the car Brandon May. What came up was really interesting… the vin number on the ecu did not match the vin number on the natis document. Which is completely illegal. My first thought ran to it’s a stolen vehicle. I called Audi and explained everything to them. Let me just tell you, Hennie the sales manager from Audi was brilliant, on the ball and immediately tried to assist in getting it resolved and the dealer principal Adele also. Fantastic service. Anyone buying a car from them can rest assured you are receiving top service. The car which I bought was purchased and had a full service history from nelspruit auto ford. The ecu that was in this vehicle was registered to a 2016 ford ranger xlt, 2(different vehicles) When Audi called ford to query this, ford could not give any reason as to why this was. Both vin numbers belong to cars purchased and serviced by nelspruit auto. However even though the ecu that was in the car was a 2016 model with different mileage, the service book showed it was stamped and up to date on the vin number that was in the natis, which is impossible to do, as when you service a car at a dealership, the system automatically records the vin on the ecu and updated what service was done. So how then if it a different ecu is it then stamped in the book with a different vin unless fraud is involved. Ford refuses to give answers and say they will investigate. Needless to say once I brought this to the attention of Audi, the immediately investigated, cancelled the contract and have returned the vehicle. Now, how certain can one be when buying a car even from a franchise dealership that you are getting what you paid for… plain and simple you can’t unless you do your own due diligence immediately after buying the car. If anyone in the nelspruit area reads this, never deal with nelspruit auto ford Bunch of skelms How many people has this happened to?? Countless I bet. And instead of aknowleding they were caught out and try rectify it, just a keep quiet and take the car back. No sorry no nothing. Thank you Audi nelspruit for your quick and effective response in sorting out this problem

Bought a car with suspicious tag on the passenger door. Was pounded by SAPS, informed the dealer but there s no assistance, not even a courtesy car. They only want their money. It still under finance, poorest customer service.

I serviced my company bakkie at Nelspruit Ford. I dropped the bakkie of at 7 when they open and told them the bakkie is miss firing. They told me the bakkie would be ready at 13:00 and they will call me if they need anything. 13:00 I went to collect the bakkie only to find out that they did not even start the service. They said that they wanted approval for the jobs they need to do but they tested the bakkie and nothing is wrong with the bakkie. 16:00 I stopped there again to find out if the came right. They then told me I cannot drive with the bakkie because it is miss firing. I had to organize my own transport to Barberton. The bakkie stood there for all most 2 weeks nobody phoned me I had to call every now and then to ask about the progress. I resieved a whatsapp that the bakkie was ready for collection at 10:30. I picked up the bakkie at 17:15. When I got home I realized that the engine covers was laying on my back seat. They did not even bother to close everything. I send a whatsapp to the service consultant with photos. She then said she took it up with the foreman. It was a horrible mistake. Up until now nobody phoned me. Worst service that I ever had.

My Ford Ranger has 29 000kms on the clock and this morning on my way back home it didn't want to start. Called road side assistance and they orginized the tow truck to Nelspruit Ford. Now i am stuck in Nelspruit, Nelspruit Ford can't assist me with a courtesy vehicle to get home (Tzaneen). This is very poor service. I am not a satisfied customer at the moment. Theres always problems with Ford!
