Extremely Poor Service from Park Ford (Vanderbijlpark)

Stay away from Park Ford (Vanderbijlpark) !!!! Worst service ever. During December 2023 holidays I had my car towed in for repairs and the car serviced. To receive updates on progress done, I had to keep calling them. After the service they gave me not only did I not get fully informed about the work done on the vehicle from the service consultant, Leeroy Jacobs, they didn't put a stamp in my service book so at this point I don't even know if the car has been serviced. When I lodged a complaint the manager has the audacity to have me make a new booking which will be two weeks after the complaint to have a look a the car. During the process of trying to resolve the issue with the team, everyone I spoke to was rude and very condescending. I WILL NEVER BRING MY CAR TO THAT BRANCH EVER AGAIN.
