There is this guy at Park Ford Vanderbijl Parkcalled Patrick. He goes beyond his duties to make a client happy.... You will never hear him say that's not my job.... He will make sure that you are taken care of and most importantly you are not inconvenienced. Thank you for the great service you are offering....

5 Stars ā Outstanding Service! My Bantam bakkie recently went in for a major service at Park Ford, and I am extremely impressed with the level of service I received. A special thank you to Rina, the service representative, for her professionalism, friendliness, and clear communication throughout the process. The invoice was detailed and easy to understand, giving me full confidence in the work that was done. I also truly appreciated the transport arranged for me to and from work, as well as back to the service centre. It made the entire experience convenient and stress-free. I called Park Ford in Vanderbijl park around 4:30 pm to make a booking for my service, I was transferred to a rude lady who doing the bookings, I forgot her name.... There is a service they offer to pickup and drop off the vehicle service, I asked for that service she said it's only available for white people only in the suburbs.

Extremely Poor Service from Park Ford (Vanderbijlpark)
Stay away from Park Ford (Vanderbijlpark) !!!! Worst service ever. During December 2023 holidays I had my car towed in for repairs and the car serviced. To receive updates on progress done, I had to keep calling them. After the service they gave me not only did I not get fully informed about the work done on the vehicle from the service consultant, Leeroy Jacobs, they didn't put a stamp in my service book so at this point I don't even know if the car has been serviced. When I lodged a complaint the manager has the audacity to have me make a new booking which will be two weeks after the complaint to have a look a the car. During the process of trying to resolve the issue with the team, everyone I spoke to was rude and very condescending. I WILL NEVER BRING MY CAR TO THAT BRANCH EVER AGAIN.

Service plan not adhere to
Car was service under service plan I miss 1 service and they refuse to replace sparkplugs .Spark plugs to be replace on 60000 km. My last service was for on 65000km according to them 90000 km service
