There is this guy at Park Ford Vanderbijl Parkcalled Patrick. He goes beyond his duties to make a client happy.... You will never hear him say that's not my job.... He will make sure that you are taken care of and most importantly you are not inconvenienced. Thank you for the great service you are offering....
It's annoying to everytime you come to buy and they up their sales by saying there's only a double dekker π€¬!!! Instead of selling their products or making suggestions they force you!
I called Park Ford in Vanderbijl park around 4:30 pm to make a booking for my service, I was transferred to a rude lady who doing the bookings, I forgot her name.... There is a service they offer to pickup and drop off the vehicle service, I asked for that service she said it's only available for white people only in the suburbs.
Kazang should help me thank Lerato Motsoane for the great job she's doing. She understands the clients frustrations and always puts herself in the clients shoes when handling the matter.... Quick turnaround time and immediate response.
I'm so disappointed with Lebohang and flash group as a whole.... When they came and introduced they machine they were begging me to use it, now they just come demand their machine as I'm not using it..... They demand 10k plus on airtime....as if they giving people money to buy airtime.
Spoke to Ria about my policy, she was so rude and even pretended that she doesn't hear me so that she could drop the call.!! She did not even try to find ways to assist me...
Since last year I opened a case against Timberland, it's like I have to force Keabetswe Seapi to keep me informed about my case. When I call and ask for progress she is rude. When I want to complain they transfer me to George Language and he just says he will tell her to call me. I now believe when they said they work with office of the ombudsman there is nothing I can do them.
It takes time to see and get used to the service u receive at the store. I don't juste rate the service for just one visit to the store. The first visit will either make me comeback or don't ever wanna shop there anymore. In this case, it's Woolworths Evaton Mall. I'd like to thank Jerry from Evaton Mall woolworths for going out of his way to make a difference, to see that every customer is satisfied.... I'd also like to thank his team Tsholo, Nelisiwe, Jade, Mojalefa, Thelma, Nthabiseng, ..... for the wonderful work you guys are doing.... Please keep it up the good job Evaton Mall branch. ππππ
They have waisted my 6hours waiting for my discovery card . Even today the card is still not delivered, you complain about the driver they still send the same driver you complained about, then she became worse because of the complaints. This is *** service from dsv π©!!!!
This is best service in delivery, They called to let me know when I should expect my parcel, The driver came to my door to deliver the parcel regardless of the road conditions of my residence. Keep up the good work ππΎππΎππΎππΎ Please give it up to the guy who delivered my fnb card ..... forgot to take his name.
