Great service
They take customers serious! Took time to understand my needs and provided great deals. I stay in Roodepoort and bought my 2nd Ford from them die to their great deals and service.

Excellent Service Woodford Car Rental at King Shaka
Excellent service at Woodford King Shaka. Process was swift and friendly. I was amazed at the excellent communication up-front, Woodford confirmed that all was in order and that the car was waiting for me. Afterwards, they also followed up! Excellent service and I will recommend Woodford to anyone.

Poor service from Hertz King Shaka
I had extremely bad service at Hertz King Shaka. Rude and unprofessional. Not at all interested to resolve my problem. I offered to "start from scratch" and then they told me there was no car available! How can there be none available if i had a car booked.?? They left me stranded! I will not tolerate such bad and poor service. I then walked into the Woodford kiosk and what a wonderful experience! Professional, friendly and efficient and sorted me out in 5 min. I did my next rental with them and it was the same. Very good communications before the time, friendly service and even follow-up afterward. I will recommend Woordford without hesitation.
