All i need is a reprint of a certificate but after a third tome of enquiry no response only its going to be escalated then nothing
Today Sunday 17 May i took my wife all the way from Arconpark where we life to the Vaal Mall to get her Tyme bank card i drive a diesel bakkie 20 Km from us got at the kiosk at Sport Scene Vaall Mall could not get her card kiosk gave an error "This kiosk encountered an error no error code just after she scanned her finger prints went to the kios at Markhams foshinis same story I'm also a Tyme bank card holder i could login to my account i have two a savings and business card but both my thumbs does not log in only my left thumb thats a Department home affairs issue point is if i was able to login there id nothing wrong with the kiosk two kiosks thereafter i contacted Tyme bank via chat the consultant actually told us to go to a third even further away this is an account issue she deposited money into her Tyme bank account enough for the card fee what made things worse is the consultant actually told us to use a tyme code withdraw mony at Pick and pay Question What would that help if she wants to get a card in addition we were reffered to get a card at a unsafe area from Vanderbijlpark We drove to Boxer in Vereeniging where she also could not get a card 3 kiosks later clearly this is a account ISSUE
Outsurance promotion i qualified I received an OTP successfully, which confirms that my contact details are correct and that communication is reaching me, however I never received the email containing the required link to proceed. I have checked my inbox, spam, junk, and deleted folders multiple times and there is still nothing. This has caused unnecessary delays and inconvenience. Please can this matter be resolved urgently and the correct email/link resent.

This happened at the Vaal mall branch I can underststand this shop only opens at 9 the door was half way open i wnted to get a new card at the Tyme bank machine instead i was turned away to Pick and Pay but Pick and Pay does not have a Tyme Bank teller anymore at Pick and Pay they turned me away to Totalsports where i just came from. My point as they are almost open nothing prevented them from helping me

I have fully paid all required fees, including: R600 (passport fee) Multiple R75 payments I have official receipts AND confirmation from FNB that all payments were successfully processed and banked on 26/03/2026. These payments were completed BEFORE my bank card was cancelled, meaning DHA has already received the funds. Despite this, I continue to receive SMS and email notifications stating that payment is outstanding and that my application may be cancelled. This is incorrect and clearly due to an internal DHA system or administrative failure. Additionally, I specifically instructed that I do NOT require an additional ID card, as I already have one, but this appears to have been ignored. I am unable to return to the office in person and have already provided full proof of payment. I require urgent resolution and confirmation that: My payments have been correctly allocated No outstanding balance exists My application will not be cancelled This situation is unacceptable and needs immediate correction. Yesterday evening i booked and paid for a pickup and delivery online printed the waybill pickup scheduled for 10am this morning no coerier sho**** up i contacted the Vaal depo they cant find the tracking number on theire system both pickup and delivery both in Vanderbijlpark 2km away from each other
