Interns not getting paid by SASSETA
There are interns that have not been paid by SASSETA for 2months. These are people with livelihoods and children and they have to use transport to come to work and they are not getting paid.

Interns not getting paid by SASSETA
There are interns that have not been paid by SASSETA for 2months. These are people with livelihoods and children and they have to use transport to come to work and they are not getting paid.

Learnership
Good evening I am a learner at EEL protection service doing a learnership of safety and security at makhado biaba. ..the learnership started last year November 08 2023,our monthly stipend is R2500...but when we sign the contract we were told to write the dates of 30 November 2023...December, January we didn't get paid, we got paid at February R5000..March we received R2500 which was for February...March, April, May, we didn't received any amount,,,I myself I attended March,and the first days of April.. on the 05 April i was called to come and sign, I was told that am delaying the payments that was my last day ,coz I was lacking money for transportation which I didn't report because I knew they know since we weren't getting stipend... 04 June other learners got paid, when I ask about my stipend I was told that my contract is terminated, I call Mr Abel tshikota he also said the same thing, I started communicating with sasseta through emails, asking about my status. The answer came to me that my status still show enrolled...still today I haven't received my stipend..

I have been waiting for my certificate reprint since 2022!
I have been waiting for my certificate reprint since 2022! I am young man from a small town in the Eastern Cape! I app**** for a certificate reprint in 2022! I have been neglected and marginalized by SASSETA! Instead of granting the service that is due to me; they would rather refer me from line to line until I am cut off! It is disgracefully bad, that I try to lodge a formal complaint throughout the year of 2023; and nobody in that building takes me seriously! Their service will always be bad until they change the entire staff and management! Especially the call center and the certificate printing department!

Stipend delays
If you come from a struggling household, I suggest you consider twice before being funded by sasseta because certain administrator will not pay on the stipend on time and that can be for two months or so. Imagine if you are on internship at another province and renting for a typical example… that is frustrating

Intentionally misleading / failing to give me feedback that would have assisted me.
Juwayria Amod and her staff Riva Nkeri of SASSETA misleaded me wrt a training provider. TK 9 Africa failed to submit my training material for verification. After i lodged a complaint Riva intentionally withheld information from me. I therefore did not get recognition for the training completed successfully. The still allow TK 9 Africa to proceed as normal. Even though he acted in bad faith.

WE ARE AT A MERCY OF GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS: *******ION AND PATRONAGE
I delivered a project from 2019-2022, the project was delivered after its contractual timelines due to several delays. Like delayed payment, COVID-19 from 2020-2022 and other factors. However, upon delivery, I wrote a report about factors that affected the project. Only to be sent an E-Mail by one official instructing me to implicate someone else for the delay, I refused and I was told I have forfeited my last payment.

Bad service
Good day. I have been try to get reprints for my certificates but the service for sasseta it very bad. Just to do reprints for certificates, it takes three weeks now. The don't respond email. The ask documents, I send them my documents still no one it attending my problem. I can't look for job because people of sasseta don't want to do they job. Here other email from them. "Good Afternoon, Please forward your request to Ms Sambo so that she can assist with your request. We apologies for the inconvenience caused. Regards Hope This is the email the send me 7 days ago , even now I don't know what going on to my request .

Bad service
