I took in my car for service,just service no problems on the car. My car stayed over bcos authorisation was received late but to me was enough to st******* my car. Few days after my car started to overheat. Took it back and they put all blame on me

If you need Ford spares stay away from Rustenburg Ford they are extremely expensive go to Ford in Silverton or any other Ford dealer in pta or jhb and you will find it way cheaper,secondly Rustenburg Ford for sure over charge for labour there rate per hour is shocking its a ******* if that macanic or new part fitter work for like 5 hours on your car you almost pay half of his salary for sure,they ******* the insurance and people pay out of their pockets,and if you ask for discount they laugh at you, very very bad Management

I have never received such a terrible service in my entire life. I took in my car for service on 15/05/2024. I was called by Rika Mienie, one of the consultants, that my car oil pump is licking, and they need to order the parts to repair. I explained that I need the car for work and would appreciate it if they work on it as quick as possible as I need to travel. The following day (16/05/2024) one called me to advise how far was the repair. When I called, I was told that Rika is on training and no one can assist but her. I requested to talk to the manager but I was given the run around until 12:45. I called again, and the parts were still not ordered, and Rika still had to do follow up with the Warehouse in Pretoria. I eventually got hold of the Manager Dawie Jansen who was very rude, and he told me that I will get my car at the end of their business hour which is 17h00 and they do not owe me any explanation as they told me that I will get my car on the 16th.When I try to explain that I do not have transport to come fetch my car at that time, he said I should not make my problem his. He told me I can escalate the matter as far as I wish to. I asked to get my car back if they cannot fix it and He told me that he cannot give my car back because if anything happen his shop will be closed and I cannot change their process. There DP Tewie Wessels is forever on voicemail. I am having the following concerns with Ford Rustenburg -No process for job-handover when a team member is not available. I had to wait for Rika for feedback -No accountability and respect for their client -They do not manage the client's expectation -There is no remorse or recourse -The manager does not care and lack professionalism They do not deserve even one star I was advised of the Rustenburg Ford's bad service, and I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and I stand to regret it

Poor!!!!! Service. Dont ever take youe car there. Payed for a service they only change my airfilter. Oil filter. And oil. No plugs. No petrol filter. And they just put the old air filter and oil filter on the front carpet. The whole carpet is full of oil and my car now rigs of oil. Poor they should be closed down. They dont care about your car. I payed a for the full service

I am very disgusted with Ford Rustenburg. The service, the attitudes, everything about this company screams bad business. I bought a Ford Figo 2018 model. I have 35000km on the clock and in my honest opinion, it was the worst mistake I have ever made. Non stop problems with this car and everytime I take it to Ford, they just cant seem to fix it. First it's this, then it's that. They don't communicate with their customers, they are just useless. I even contacted the Dealer Principal. What a waste of time and effort. Don't even get me started on the Workshop Manager. I hate Ford, I hate the people that work there and most of all I hate my car. I'm in search of a new car, anything other than Ford or Mazda. Never want to see those people AGAIN!

I am very disgusted with Ford Rustenburg. The service, the attitudes, everything about this company screams bad business. I bought a Ford Figo 2018 model. Excellent service done by the Ford rustenburg technician he did a marvellous job fixing my car thanks once again for the good service not forgetting the sales person Louise high five to them

Its with great disappointment and concern that I'm writing this because I have always regarded this dealerships service high. Exactly two weeks ago I took in my car for service and after it was done I was told everything is ok and the brake pads are on 6mm which is still good for running. Now two weeks later I noticed that they are worn out and I took my car in so they can check why this happened so quick and it so happens that the brake calipers are faulty and I was told because it is a warranty claim I had to leave the car. I had no problem with that because I figured it would be for a day or two and now today I find out that the calipers are on back order and they won't have them by this week and my warranty claim has not been processed so I won't have the car this week. Now because I use my car to travel to and from work plus I do standby I really need a car but I was told there are no courtesy cars available to lend me while they are sorting out my problem. That comes as a surprise because I see Leon's motors personnel driving around with cars all day long. So this is a formal complaint on the service I am receiving right now
