I took in my car for service,just service no problems on the car. My car stayed over bcos authorisation was received late but to me was enough to st******* my car. Few days after my car started to overheat. Took it back and they put all blame on me
I took in my car for diagnosis n repairs on Wednesday last week till today my is not been touched bcos their emails has technical error and haven't received documents from the dealer
Transparency Wen I took out the policy I was open about me skipping a service 2023 but they said it's not a problem they will help me after four premiums. No 1 said anything about a penalty till the time I wanted to book in my car for service
