I have never received such a terrible service in my entire life. I took in my car for service on 15/05/2024. I was called by Rika Mienie, one of the consultants, that my car oil pump is licking, and they need to order the parts to repair. I explained that I need the car for work and would appreciate it if they work on it as quick as possible as I need to travel. The following day (16/05/2024) one called me to advise how far was the repair. When I called, I was told that Rika is on training and no one can assist but her. I requested to talk to the manager but I was given the run around until 12:45. I called again, and the parts were still not ordered, and Rika still had to do follow up with the Warehouse in Pretoria. I eventually got hold of the Manager Dawie Jansen who was very rude, and he told me that I will get my car at the end of their business hour which is 17h00 and they do not owe me any explanation as they told me that I will get my car on the 16th.When I try to explain that I do not have transport to come fetch my car at that time, he said I should not make my problem his. He told me I can escalate the matter as far as I wish to. I asked to get my car back if they cannot fix it and He told me that he cannot give my car back because if anything happen his shop will be closed and I cannot change their process. There DP Tewie Wessels is forever on voicemail. I am having the following concerns with Ford Rustenburg -No process for job-handover when a team member is not available. I had to wait for Rika for feedback -No accountability and respect for their client -They do not manage the client's expectation -There is no remorse or recourse -The manager does not care and lack professionalism They do not deserve even one star I was advised of the Rustenburg Ford's bad service, and I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and I stand to regret it
