I am very disappointed with Ford Sandton
I bought a used car 2025 Haval pro End of July and collected the car on the 04 August 2025
They gave me a wrong spare keys and was assisted by consultant by the name of Melta
I phone them to tell them that they gave me a wrong spare keys and they have arrange with the guy from ford to come and collected the car wrong car keys from me and promise to give me the correct ones
I have been sending messages from Melta to follow up and not getting any assistance instead empty promises
My life might be a risk here as what if there is someone out there having my car keys. Ford is not taking this serious and should something happen to my car they are held responsible and they not willing to assist and i will be taking this to ombuds as well
They always promise that manager will call me and it never happens and is over a month now
