Good Day I am very disappointed with Ford Sandton I bought a used car 2025 Haval pro End of July and collected the car on the 04 August 2025 They gave me a wrong spare keys and was assisted by consultant by the name of Melta I phone them to tell them that they gave me a wrong spare keys and they have arrange with the guy from ford to come and collected the car wrong car keys from me and promise to give me the correct ones I have been sending messages from Melta to follow up and not getting any assistance instead empty promises My life might be a risk here as what if there is someone out there having my car keys. Ford is not taking this serious and should something happen to my car they are held responsible and they not willing to assist and i will be taking this to ombuds as well They always promise that manager will call me and it never happens and is over a month now 072 510 4839
I will like to express the disappointment that i got from Nedbank Tsakane mall for my personal loan. On Friday the 08/08/2025 i went to the bank to apply for emergency persona loan as i wanted to use it on Friday or the latest Saturday the 09/08/2025 I had to open Nedbank account as i wanted the money t reflect immediate and was advised that the money will be in my account by Friday late or Saturday the latest I even advised the consultant that she need to make sure that it has to be paid into my Nedbank account so i can access it immediate. I told her that if it will be this week i won't need it but she assured me that because we have opened the Nedbank account it will be paid to Nedbank account and it will reflect immediately Till today the 11/08/2025 there is no money on my Nedbank account. I want to cancel this loan ASAP and if you still going to pay please reverse it as i don't need it anymore, i had to go somewhere else to get the money I even send the consultant e-mail to cancel no response Very disappointed with this bad service
I went there to buy tyres and the service i have recived was over what i expected.The voicher was expired and they helped me as the voucher had almost R2000.I have happy with their tratement and the coloured guy that assisted just can't remember his name.Their service is awesome and will always recommend them #Tyremart Heidelberg. Hi I will like to express a huge disappointment with the hoover boards i bought from you guys. I was delivered on the 01 July 2024 and when i checked it it seems like it was used as no manual was provided and the charger on the plug it seemed broken and had some scratches it was charging. I gave it a benefit of a doubt but on the 12 July it did not work properly it was just spinning till today. I will like it to be replaced or rather refund me my money Regards Lettah

Good Morning I will like to submit a complaint as I am not happy with this claims process I have submitted all documents that was required, and consultants keep on telling me that they don’t have documents and my claims was placed on hold. Now i have just received another e-mail to say my claim has been cancelled as they still have not received documents and i have been sending documents the whole of last week I am not happy at all and asking that you check attached documents and settle my claim. I was assisted by Nolan Kleynhans and his service was awesome although i did not sign with him because it was a bit expensive, and his service will make me to make second thought in the near future. I will be waiting for SMS for my voucher but you service is excellent
I would like to compliment the outstanding job that James Sekgobela done. I have called in on the 11/11/2022 to add on vehicle on the policy and he went over the board He offered me and excellent service ,he was friendly and felt like, I belong to momentum family.
