Below is an email I sent 6 days ago, of my experience that I emailed too the general manager and operations manager. It speaks for itself that they did not even reply to date.
"On a quick google search, I found your shopping centre and the times for the wave rider. I came on Monday 4thNov only to find out from the information that the wave rider is closed. I had to notify my friends to turn back and that we cannot come on Tuesday either. Your signs were still up saying that your wave rider is open every day.
I returned yesterday (06 November) and tried the wave rider around 14:30. I would like to mention a few disappointing matters: I was not informed of any dangers or cautions - even though I mentioned I had never tried this before. Within 15seconds, I really hurt myself Perhaps it would be good to give advice to newcomers before they hit the waves I was not informed of the risks of jewelry being ripped off and lost my wedding ring. I was told it cannot be recovered which I find very weird and left my name and number anyway (I am a very active person and my ring has never fallen off in 9 years; I would have gladly taken it off if there was any risk) *Please confirm for sure if there is no way of recovering rings from the system? (Ring: Palladium ring with two thin engraved lines around the band and a small single diamond (worth over R5000). It is the sentimental value, so please, if all possible, can we find it) "
Something to note: It has been over a week and my hip is still out and bruised, neck still stiff from whiplash and bruised foot - incredibly dangerous and should have been warned
