I was assisted by Joyce Shiluva on 15 October 2022, went in to report my phone lost/stolen, I waited for ITC number since that date, today its the 1December 2022 and nothing still has been done, no sms no call back, I even went on Facebook inbox and posts but have not received any call, email, they even have the nerve to deduct more than agreed and on wrong date.

On the 8th of July I went to forest Hill and buy pampers for my 5 months toddler when I got there I found clicks nappies on the special it was 3 for 2 promo I bought them and I was having the pack that I was still using and I realised after two weeks when I lost the receipt I went the on the 24th asking for exchange they said they can't cz I don't have the receipt, but just imagine 3 full packets of pampers not fitting the baby..Management said I have to bring the receipt and I tried to explain but he just refused at last he said maybe if I used reward card he was going to help me. I really understand that when you return goods you must have proof of purchase but I lost it. I always Recommend Clicks I m a loyal customer I always buy in bulk during month ends cz there is always a big promotion.... I'm not happy I will tell friends and family not to buy at clicks anymore. Www

Used to shop in forest hill city and never noticed the great family intertainments they have until "eat and play" promotion. 2 friends of mine and our wives went there for a night of fun as a surprise to our wives, and the evening was owesome, all thanks to keketso, city reception desk personnel, who went an extra mile to make our evening a memorable one. Foresthill city has now become our one stop city for shopping, eat and play. Great work to the mall management for putting together such a great shopping, dining and intertainments experience, and to keketso you are indeed a great ambassador for the city, keep up the good work. If you are not sure which shopping center to take your friends or family to, I will recommend that you try Forest Hill City, you won't regret it.

Me and my mom went shopping today with my 5 month old baby at Forest Hill. We did not take her baby stroller with, as she enjoys it more to sit in a baby seat on a trolley. Big was my surprise as NONE of the shops (PNP, Checkers, Woolworths, Baby Boom) had such a trolley! I was very dissappointed (and angry) as Forest Hill is a SHOPPING MALL and obviously people with children go there... We ended up having to take a Woolworths trolley and make a bed inside with her blankets so she could lie there on something soft. Hope in the future this will be addressed!

Below is an email I sent 6 days ago, of my experience that I emailed too the general manager and operations manager. It speaks for itself that they did not even reply to date. "On a quick google search, I found your shopping centre and the times for the wave rider. I came on Monday 4thNov only to find out from the information that the wave rider is closed. I had to notify my friends to turn back and that we cannot come on Tuesday either. Your signs were still up saying that your wave rider is open every day. I returned yesterday (06 November) and tried the wave rider around 14:30. I would like to mention a few disappointing matters: I was not informed of any dangers or cautions - even though I mentioned I had never tried this before. Within 15seconds, I really hurt myself Perhaps it would be good to give advice to newcomers before they hit the waves I was not informed of the risks of jewelry being ripped off and lost my wedding ring. I was told it cannot be recovered which I find very weird and left my name and number anyway (I am a very active person and my ring has never fallen off in 9 years; I would have gladly taken it off if there was any risk) *Please confirm for sure if there is no way of recovering rings from the system? (Ring: Palladium ring with two thin engraved lines around the band and a small single diamond (worth over R5000). It is the sentimental value, so please, if all possible, can we find it) " Something to note: It has been over a week and my hip is still out and bruised, neck still stiff from whiplash and bruised foot - incredibly dangerous and should have been warned

My boyfriend and I decided to go bowling on the 06/01/2018 at the super games arcade in forest hill city. At our arrival we had to wait for Trance who was at the front desk to have a laudable conversation with his friend before he was able to assist us. Being patient as we are we decided to wait. After his assistant we were given lane 4 which only let us bowl once before it gave us a technical error on the screen before we were moved to another bowling lane. As we were moved to bowling 1 things were okay however my boyfriend and I noticed that there were underage children by the bar being served Sminnof spin/ storm. Our lane after 4 or 5 plays it started malfunctioning by dropping less than 9 pins when a new player started the round. I later called Trance for assistant who seemed not to understand how bowling works to begin with during the process the manager France decides to pass by and Trance asks for his assistant. France didn't bother greeting us and seemed annoyed to be called to deal with customer queries when he could be serving under age children alcohol. During the conversation which wasn't done as our query wasn't served France the manager walked away and continued with business as usual. Trance then later followed on to move on to his front desk. We decided to confront them about their bad customer service and leave. This arcade is so unprofessional and careless I don't think its a safe space for kids either. Stay away by all means possible
