Took my car for new tyres, wheel alignment, brake pad change and I was to be refunded money for brake pads which they suddenly did not have the day I took the car. Initially had paid day before to assure I will bring the car following day. Now till today 10.11.2024, my funds have not been paid back. Funds should have been paid by the 3.11.2024, as one of the staff said no cash payments can be made to me. However later on the Monday said I should come collect, and I said as per the request for my account confirmation letter, it must be paid into my account. I then called and they seemed to have known about my complaint, yet my funds still have not been paid. I was told I'd be called within 30minutes, nothing till today. Such awful services received from them, also fact that they charhed nitrogen even though it was not to be charged as per their quote
I went to Avbob in Centurion Mall in the morning for my father's funeral claim, I was assisted by Mfanafuthi Nhlapo, who was unpleasant from the time I took a seat, I called Avbob call centre, as from the website, I was supposed to get an sms for documents sent, however I did not get any sms, I asked when, and he said he doesn't know. Before I left, He even rudely said "I am in no position to tell him what is needed", when I said to him to make sure to use the certified copies I gave him. I even returned after an hour and asked the manager if documents were sent as I still have not received an sms and she said documents were sent however whole day no sms, even today nothing. When I called the call centre, the consultant confirmed no documents were received. This has to be the worst service from Avbob especially in my situation
I went to Car Service City Celtisridge, Afrikaans guy called Cornelius or however it's spelt, confirmed booking on 2023.12.14, I requested pdf and he kept saying they cannot get. I get there to take in car for service he says to me they have to check it in and he calls the insurance and sends the pdf to them. I then say fine check in the car, he then says no he will kot check it in as I hang up the phone. I ask him when and what time, he did not answer and says he doesn't want to argue. No call nothing.
I ordered a personalized gift from netflorist which included a beautiful plant, as a birthday gift. And I'm super happy it got to the person same day. They were overjoyed and even sent a message of extra blessings☺️
I was assisted by Joyce Shiluva on 15 October 2022, went in to report my phone lost/stolen, I waited for ITC number since that date, today its the 1December 2022 and nothing still has been done, no sms no call back, I even went on Facebook inbox and posts but have not received any call, email, they even have the nerve to deduct more than agreed and on wrong date.
I am honestly frustrated to say the least with Telkom. I have noted to them via email, calls, Facebook and still they just doing nonsense. Suddenly debit order dates changed, fine I continued paying on my own, next thing they deducted after I had paid few days before, then I left it and they deducted on wrong date again. Fine I left it, thinking they'll deduct I left it till month end, no deduction, next thing they send an email with 2months deduction and an extra charge of R13. 75. Is this honestly fair? I had been with Mtn years back and never experienced such, now I see why people would reverse debit orders for Telkom. They have the dumbest system let alone network

I was driving home from work 2022.07.07 around 18:28 and one of your drivers number plate ICG915 GP, tried to run over me from behind, using bright lights, just before NewRoad Engen. The stupid driver also had the nerve to try again run over me from the side. These are the same people that cause accidents on long distance trip. I will never use Intercape you can bet that.
Literally the worst apartments to live in, no notification of power failure, more than once has it happened that it will be the only complex/apartments in the surrounding to have powerfailure and no notification received. I would never recommend.
Power failure at only our complex which electricity is by Protea Metering, no notice was given about the power failure, since Thursday afternoon no electricity. Now food has spoilt, no smses sent since Thursday, no feedback from them, no one to check what is happening. I have been driving up and down to get myself ready for work and make sure my devices including work devices are operating. The petrol money spent and amount used to buy food that has spoilt. This is devastating, anyone to rent should never choose under Protea Metering you will regret.
