On the 10th of March 2026,I recently visited this shop(Exact eyethu Orange farm) and had a mixed experience that I feel is important to share. There is one staff member who truly stands out. She is always friendly, professional, and clearly goes the extra mile to ensure customers leave happy. It’s rare to see someone so dedicated to good customer service, and she deserves recognition for the effort she puts into her work. What was disappointing, however, was witnessing how she was spoken to by another staff member in front of customers. The instructions given to her were delivered in a harsh and dismissive manner, which came across as disrespectful and unprofessional. Great employees are a huge asset to any business, and it’s disheartening to see someone who genuinely cares about customer service being treated poorly by fellow staff members. It raises an important question: is this the kind of work environment management supports? No employee should have to be corrected or spoken to harshly in front of customers, especially someone who is clearly doing their best to serve people well. Respect in the workplace matters. Staff should feel supported, not embarrassed or bul****, regardless of their age or position. Despite this, I truly appreciate the excellent service from that staff member (Marankane if I am not mistaken) and I truly hope management reflects on this and works toward creating a more respectful and supportive environment for their employees. The staff member who assisted me deserves appreciation for her kindness, patience, and dedication to customers.

Exact Clothing I would like to log a formal complaint cause when I am being nice and friendly towards your staff they give me the worst service. This complaint is for Exact Mall of the south. I went to the store this morning to return shoes that do not fit my son, before approaching the till I checked shoes they had and didnt see anything I like or found suitable for church. I dont have the original slip but I do have the picture of the original slip on my phone. The lady I got at the till told me I need the original copy for a refund. I left and asked my uncle to check the slip for me. They phoned me and told me they found the slip however its dirty and full of garbage. No one will be able to touch or use it. I then called the store explained that the slip was found in the bin and its not usable, the person who answered the call told me that they can't help me without a copy, I then asked if their system doesn't keep copies if I tell them when the shoe was bought. She said I would then have to come with the store's copy and they will assist me. Fine I told them no problem will get that for you. 2 minutes after our call they called to tell me that they are going to give me a gift card to buy at any tfg store and not cash. Why give me a gift card when I didnt buy with a gift card. The shoes I want to buy for him are at another store that does fall under TFG what then. Is this how we are being ****med as consumers and for your staff to tell me that I am being unreasonable and I have explained my situation

At Exact in Golden Acre, customer care felt truly personal. I highly advise people not to open an Exact TFG account, I am extremely shocked by how they *******ly subscribe people for their online magazine without communication and agreement between them and customers. I opened an account last year, September 2025, and they have been deducting R59.99 on my account without for a digital magazine, without any agreement between myself and them. What they are doing is *******! And I am not the only that they have done this to, saddening part is that when I signed the papers while opening the account, I never agreed to any subscriptions and have proof of that they have been ****ming me for good 4 months!!. When I called and asked Exact customer service to reverse all the money and cancel this ******* subscription, I was told that they can only cancel the subscription but chances of reversal of the ******* subscription is slim to none!! If this does not get attended to in a month, I will sue the shop where I opened the account at, especially because I have proof that I never subscribed for any digital magazine.

The item was purchased on 24 December as a gift for me and was returned within four days, still in its original condition, with tags intact and completely unused. I simply needed to exchange the size a basic and reasonable request that aligns fully with Exact’s standard return and exchange policies. However, the treatment I received from staff members Mbali, followed by Kona, and later Mpume was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Instead of being assisted in a helpful and customer‑focused manner, I was made to feel as though I was at fault for requesting a straightforward exchange. Their attitude and approach were far below the service standards expected from a reputable brand like Exact. As a customer, I value fair and respectful treatment. No customer should ever be made to feel uncomfortable when exercising their basic consumer rights. I request that this matter be thoroughly investigated and that corrective measures be taken to prevent similar experiences for other customers.
