I ordered my license disk on the Capitec App and I carefully added my address and the name our company, but somehow one of your delivery people called Thabo Raboshakga delivered the documents at a wrong place, did not even ask for my Id when leaving it behind. Yet it’s a requirement when leaving the document. This document has got my very sensitive information that has the potential of ruining my life yet you reckless employees did not even care. What an imbecile
Pathetic service from Metro fibre. One of their service providers came to our complex to assist somebody with their network problems and they were clearly negligent because tell me why it affected my network. I called a logged a fault and they have been coming since 11 am. They keep on saying their technicians will call me to no avail. Can you please send someone to resolve your negligent work please
I store Sandton City *****ed me over and continues to do so. Their communication is the worst I don’t know how many times have I requested a cancellation letter to no avail now I’m sitting with a bill of a phone I don’t have and what worse is that I spoke to some manager called Lufuno Ramasimu who could not understand my frustration and what Neo Kgotlagomang put me through, she was rude, impatient, condescending to say the least. All I want is for the bill to be removed from my name so that I can live my life peacefully
I have just received the worst customer service from Sandton city Istore because of classism. I walked into Istore on a Tuesday afternoon requesting a contract. I disclosed to the consultant Neo Kgotlagomang that I had just been to the Telkom Store and I opened two new Data lines for SIM cards and the consultant assured me that indeed it will not affect me as long as it was below the R1900 and guess what it did affect me in the worst way possible. So he completed the application and Telkom approved he also showed his manager the application who also gave him the green flag. As he went to fetch the device the compliance team instructed Neo that they wont give him the device as I have two other lines that I app**** for the very same day which I disclosed to him. According to istore this looked like a *****ulent action. Now I feel like I was being discriminated on because I’m a black woman, but that’s not the case. And then they did the worst thing ever they cancelled the contract without my permission *****ing me further by affecting my credit score negatively. I called Telkom and they told me there are no reasons why as to my contract was cancelled, now they are even ashamed to disclose their shameful act towards me. I feel *****ed over for real
I have never experienced so much pain because of that Hospital. My Mom went in for a check up and was booked for a heart surgery by Francois Stemmert on the 31st of January 2022. We got a call around 1pm that our mother passed away while being operated, When we got to the hospital at around 2pm we were told he is in surgery with another patient. How does a man cause a fatality and then be in a surgery in less than 2 hours later? If they really care enough about their patients how did they allow that, or if he had any conscience in him whatsoever. So now we have a form that needs to be filled in by that man that caused us so much heart ache and he is just not helping us. We have been talking to his PA Karen and still we not getting through to him, they keep on telling us that He is busy with patients.
My late Mom had a Will with Standard Bank and we have by far received the worst service from Standard bank in Bloemfontein from Luigi Jackson. He is always unavailable on his phone, the only way to get hold of him is if I send an email before calling, and sometimes that too does not work he can go up to a month without talking to us, and when he gets back to my family he does not give us anything concrete. The last conversation I had with him was that he gives us an update every Friday and he is also still not doing that. At this point I don’t know what to do and what hurts the most is how he blatantly lies to our Family. I really hope this matter gets solved because I have had it with Standard Bank and I would never advice anyone to have their Will with this bank.
