I would like to express my appreciation for Cecilia, a dedicated employee at Ampath Waterfall. Her exceptional empathy and patience while handling my case were truly commendable. Individuals like Cecilia contribute significantly to making the world a better place.
On June 18, 2023, I visited the Netcare emergency room due to persistent and intensifying body pains unrelated to a fever. It was a cause for concern. A young doctor attended to me and suspected that the cause of my pain could be a deficiency in magnesium, calcium, or vitamin B12. To investigate further, blood tests were conducted. The results for magnesium and calcium were available on the same day and showed normal levels. However, I had to wait a few more days to receive the results for vitamin B12. In the meantime, the doctor administered an injection and provided me with some pills to alleviate the pain, which I could obtain from the pharmacy the following day. Although I obtained the prescribed pills, my body pains continued to throb, which was distressing. On Tuesday the 19th of June, I revisited Netcare Waterfall to inquire about my vitamin B12 blood test results and to obtain a prescription for pain relief. Initially, I was left unattended for approximately 30 minutes. Eventually, the doctor approved my case and administered a drip containing anti-inflammatory medication and a painkiller. Additional blood tests and infection tests were conducted. Some of the test results came back negative on the same day, but I was informed that I had to wait no longer than 72 hours for the remaining results. They assured me that they would call me as soon as the other blood test results were available. Despite expressing the severity of my pain, the doctor discharged me with a prescription for vitamin C and mypaid, which unfortunately provided no relief. The next day, I contacted the hospital to inquire about the test results but was informed that they were not yet available. Taking matters into my own hands, I contacted Ampath and learned that the test results were ready and that I should call the Netcare emergency room. I followed their advice and on Wednesday afternoon, the attending doctor informed me that I needed to return to the hospital to collect the test results, contradicting the information provided by the doctor I had seen the previous day. To obtain the results and a proper diagnosis, I opted for Ampath to send my test results to another reliable doctor. It is disheartening that I have visited Netcare's emergency room twice without finding a solution or receiving any pain relief, yet I am expected to go back for a third time. It appears to be a profit-driven scheme, as people are being charged without having their issues addressed. I would never recommend this hospital to anyone I know. This emergency room jeopardizes people's lives!
I went to visit the emergency room at Netcare Waterfall as I had server body pains that would not go away. First night a couple of tests were done all all of them camps back negative. The second day I went back to the hospital because the pains had still not gone away. A series of blood test were run and I got rest home with vitamin C and my paid even after having expressed in how much pain I was in. Since we were waiting for a couple of blood tests the doctor said I should call back to follow up. I did just as the doctor said however the tests weren’t disclosed to me and that I could come in yet again to consult so the tests could be disclosed. After having been to the emergency room twice for the same problem I think it’s only fair my results ne disclosed followed by a script to help my current symptoms. I had to go see another doctor because Netcare failed me
Had a Hysteroscopy and D&G procedure with my trusted obgynae on the 17th of May 2023 which I had preapproved with Bonitas prior to the procedure. To my dismay I received a billing statement from Bonitas that confirmed that the Bonitas scheme rate for the procedure is 907.30 and the actual cost from my doctor and other trusted doctors within the Johannesburg area cost R8327.50. This is an R7420.20 difference that I'm expected to fork out. I wouldn't recommend this medical aid at all.
I placed an order Weylandts and asked for the release of the product on the 17th of November. The sales consulted however didn’t see it a priority to let the warehouse know. I however made a followed up and was given a confirmed delivery date of the 05 of November and the 06th of November being the latest. I was sent from pillar to post when I followed up. Which I was later dismissed by a rude manager who refused to let me know when I can expect any feedback regarding my feedback and told me to cancel my order if that’s what I need to do. Having being a constant supporter of Weylandts this is extremely distressful and dismissive . Things seem to have changed significantly and I wouldn’t suggest purchasing anything from them.
Had my car breakdown on the N1 and it was such a scary experience however Thabiso Masebe helped put me in so much ease and comfort. Really grateful for his thoughtfulness and hands on attitude.

Having to deal with this company is absolutely ridiculous not mentioning how agents absolutely fail to apologise for their shortfalls. Ive spent most of my time chasing after them like they are the client. I wouldn't recommend.

I am discussed with the service absa vehicle and asset finance call center agents have been giving me. I have had two telephone conversations with two different agents about the same thing like the notes on the systems to keep communication clear. I’ve tried explaining my situation as best as I can and asked for options to woo remedy it however all I’m given is threats. I have never experienced such bad service
