New App not fit for purpose
The new app is impossible to register with numerous issues such as the verification code only goes to email with no function to send SMS to cell phone like most verification methods. Fortunately Bryanston golf director fixed it for me. You would think RSA golf clubs would finally get rid of these people? Wait until people just ignore it and everyone's handicaps are *****ed up.

Failure to Respond to Objection REF 22/52540/110/105212
I received a traffic fine in July for an incident that took place in mid May as a final demand. This was the first time I had been made aware of it. I also thought it was excessive, so I wrote a formal objection. Trying to get a response from the people in the municipality has continued to be very difficult and often there is a bulk mail delivery failure. They must respond I have rights.

No Explanation for Multiple Liens
Having booked a car I upgraded at the CT airport. This led to multiple liens being put against my current account. Nobody has adequately explained what happened and the amounts neither show on my bank account or in an AVIS statement. Talk about frustrating. Nobody has bothered to explain this?

So many questions so few answers
Cell C has been nagging me to upgrade my wife's contract linked to me . Having been a loyal customer for many years it is exasperating dealing with all the security questions and not being able to talk to a competent manger. Don't they realise answering so many security questions in this age of ***** and *******ion is ridiculous?

Unapproved change to Debit Order
Although I pay cash annually DSTV *******ly changed the method of payment to DEBIT ORDER and have deducted the annual dues for 2025 from my bank account without my permission. They have admitted the issue but refuse to confirm same in writing. The bank cannot stop the debit order to DSTV has *******ly taken the funds and changed my status WITHOUT my permission. Be careful.

As Usual No CRM from Afrihost
As a long standing customer you should know I always keep my account in credit because you refuse to send me an annual invoice like other service providers. To send me a termination notice for ZAR59 is simply pathetic and demonstrates a complete lack of CRM.

On Line Booking Shambles and No CRM
I want to book tickets to visit the Jozi Gold Tour and cannot get the booking for the tour on line as the website is hopeless. Nobody can help, the phone rings and rings and Tsogo Sun is the same. What is wrong with these people?
