I Mashilo Phillistus Mahlekgane I made a laybuy October 2023 at Woolworths Centurion Mall for my 2 years toddler.On the 2nd of December I went to the shop to take out the laybuy. I was wishing to take out some of the clothes from my layby and pay the other ones,I was so disappointed when the cashier tell me about the Policy,,,and Said there is no way I can do that I waisted their time keeping the stock for me at the back, I don't understand the Woolworths Policy is so so draining as if I wanted to shoplift the stock this is so premature.I was a Woolworths regular customer but from that day I will never Recommend it from my friends and Family, I used to follow Woolworths on social media,I recommended Woolworths Heritage Collection to my whole family we bought it all the only person left was my boy.The painful part about it I was having Patricia Skosana Shirt in my layby for my boy. They said they can't tell me when they will take it out from the floor, Patricia Skosana was my Best Manager at Edcon group Jet store
My uncle was having old mutual funeral cover for his son later his son passed away unfortunately they had a fued with family they didn't grant him the documents but he went to the police station to do the affidavit so that Home Affairs can reprint the documents to him, He went to Home affairs they sent documents straight to old mutual to process the claim they have paid him now my request is I asked Thabo the Branch manager at Mamelodi to resend the documents to my mail so that I can send the claim to Metropolitan on behalf of my Uncle Since I request those documents last week he didn't forward them now m frustrated I don't know their claiming turn over.

I went to CNA forest Hill and bought soccer tickets for Sundowns and Super sport the cashier said the tickets is R50 bucks but on tickets is R40 now m confused because the cashier didn't give me my till receipt she just gave me the tickets How possible is that which means your cashiers are thief's so I want my money back I guess this lady is taking chances with the customers, I bought them with R370 instead of R320 and the lady was demanding R400.
On the 8th of July I went to forest Hill and buy pampers for my 5 months toddler when I got there I found clicks nappies on the special it was 3 for 2 promo I bought them and I was having the pack that I was still using and I realised after two weeks when I lost the receipt I went the on the 24th asking for exchange they said they can't cz I don't have the receipt, but just imagine 3 full packets of pampers not fitting the baby..Management said I have to bring the receipt and I tried to explain but he just refused at last he said maybe if I used reward card he was going to help me. I really understand that when you return goods you must have proof of purchase but I lost it. I always Recommend Clicks I m a loyal customer I always buy in bulk during month ends cz there is always a big promotion.... I'm not happy I will tell friends and family not to buy at clicks anymore. Cashier at Ackermans Bochum does not greet the customers I was there on the 18th May 2021 buying baby bath the lady just rung my item and say'MONEY'just like that I was a loyal customer at Ackermans stores but starting from now on am going to tell my friends and families not to buy at this store anymore because it seems like customer service is no more their priority and they don't respect the society. It was the 18th May 2021 I went to the store looking for a baby carrier and I was carrying a very big Luggage and a baby from Gauteng. I found the carriers next to Cellular display and I found the old lady busy preparing stock there, she didn't greet me and ask if i need help because I was struggling to get what I want and she just look at me failing to help me. I open the plastic and start to put a baby inside so that I can take that plastic to the tills and pay it because I was very tired. The lady said to me 'HEY DONT OPEN THE PLASTiC' you are not allowed to do that, I feel very Offended.
M edcon staff member on maternity leave my leave started on the 25th January I worked the whole of December but when I got paid in January my Basic salary was already cut off and my Admi manager sent an email to my HR hopi she will fix it but she didn't cz i didn't get that money. In January I worked from the 1st until the 25 but am surprised today I got salary of R912. It seems like our concern are not taken to consideration. The HR that was communicating with my Admin is Tsholofelo Masilo. I cnt wait for the another month end to pay me my December and January monies what I ask Hellopeter is to contact my HR on my behalf and ask for PETTY CASH Authorisation from my store because I need to pay rent and buy necessity to my infant child Kind Regards Mashilo
Good Day Since I sent my funeral claim documents to hollard they gave me reference no but there is no payment received. They gave me contact numbers to do a follow up but their agents sucks because they don't pick up calls I have been calling them for an hour but no response. I would like hellopeter to sent them email about this issue so that they can come back to me. Kind Regards Mashilo
On the 26th-01-2021 I have sent my documents for funeral claim and the following day Hollard sent me an sms for my Ref no and they said I will get paid within 48 hours since I can't get hold of them telephonically via their customer service numbers. On the 2nd-02-21 I made a follow up regarding my claim they said I will get a response from them within 48 hrs and they dnt keep their promises. Kind Regards Mashilo
