I purchased a bag from Forever New on 10 December 2025. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the quality of the bag and returned it in-store on 17 December 2025, in line with their returns policy.
At the time of return, I was informed that the refund would be processed within 14 business days. It has now been well beyond this timeframe, and I have still not received my refund.
What makes this experience even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication. I have repeatedly tried contacting both the customer care line and the store, but the phone simply rings with no answer. There has been no follow-up, no explanation for the delay, and no way to get assistance.
This is extremely disappointing service from a well-known brand. Customers should not have to chase for weeks for money that is rightfully theirs, especially after following the correct returns process.
I am requesting that Forever New urgently process my refund and improve their customer service responsiveness.
Very unhappy with this experience.
