Bad Experience And Im Taking Steps!!!!

Its extremely disappointing to Purchase in Foto Discount World. One of my friend was treated very bad with his purchase when he requested a refund. I decided to give this company a benefit of a doubt regardless, only to find that they will frustrate me as well. No proper business ethics and professionalism. I have been patiently waiting from December 27 till now and there is no item. I called them on Monday about this issue, and even before that, wrote emails with no response at all. from my friends and my point of view, they don't have stock but they actually order from overseas and it takes long for them to deliver. Horrible experience. I am not responsible for their incompetence and if they don't refund me immediately otherwise i am eligible of filing a lawsuit against their conduct( SA 30 DAY RULE).
