Faulty bakkie & *********** services

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the three brand new Foton bakkies I purchased from your dealership. Since taking delivery, I have encountered numerous issues with all three vehicles, which I believe requires immediate attention and resolution.

To date, the bakkies have faced several mechanical failures, including: - Gearbox replacements - Loose propshafts - Starting failures - Unexpected shut-offs while driving

I have documented these incidents with video evidence and have reported them to the dealership multiple times. Unfortunately, despite bringing the bakkies in for repairs nine times, the same issues persist, leaving me with no proper job cards or resolution.

I am particularly frustrated by the dealership's response to these ongoing problems. Just two days after the delivery, I began experiencing issues, and it seems that the situation has only worsened. For instance, the radiator burst, and shortly thereafter, the gearbox problems re-emerged almost a month after the last repair.

I purchased the bakkies at a total cost of R350,000 with extras, but CMH offered me R270,000 per bakkie. This is an unacceptable offer because my settlement with the bank is R317000 per vehicle, which means I would have to pay in R47000 x 3 bakkies to have these vehicles settled and out of my business and life. This above offer seems that I am being forced to keep vehicles that have proven to be problematic and negatively impacted my business and my emo, costing me money.

I would appreciate it if you could address this matter urgently, as I feel I have exhausted all avenues with the current dealership staff. Clinton, the dealership manager, has not provided adequate assistance, and I have had unconstructive interactions with Fruk, the Foton manager.
