Bad service
My account was handed over to them. On the 19th of December I paid the full amount wanting to close of the account. When I asked for the paid up letter they told me I have to wait for 2 month which doesn't make sense cause I have paid all that was due. They are the worse people to work with

I have been paying my debt since 2019 with the amount we both agreed on because I am not working today a received my statement to my surprise I have been paying their charges and fees only not my debt what the hell this is ******ion
