My account was handed over to them. On the 19th of December I paid the full amount wanting to close of the account. When I asked for the paid up letter they told me I have to wait for 2 month which doesn't make sense cause I have paid all that was due. They are the worse people to work with
I have been sending emails since Jan cause my phone wasn't collected for repairs for a whole month, than finally on the 1 March it was collected at my work place. The driver came to collect the device at my work place. Upon collection I asked him where do I sign he said there is no need cause I don't trust easily I asked for his details including the corrier company he works for. He left with the device. On the 4th another driver came to collect the device but it was already collected on the 1st. I told him what transpired he said that the driver was suppose to update that the phone was collected and I was suppose to sign for the handover. Than I received a call stating that my device might have been dispatched to the wrong repair centre and they can't get hold of the driver. They are investigating and she will get back to me She called me on 6 March. No one bothered to call me back. I had to call her again on the 11th. On the 12 received a call confirming that the phone has been delivered to the wrong place. Than suddenly the story changed phone was lost and they said they will issue me with a new device. We confirmed everything on the 15th. They said the phone will be delivered 3/5 working days but till today haven't received that new device yet Im paying insurance each and every month Do not take a contract with MTN and the insurance is under Admyntec Services.
