They owe me a refund for items never couriered from February 2020 . Below is their response :

This letter serves as an update of your order. We were burgled in early January and stole most of our stock. We logged a claim with our insurance company. In the meantime, we extended credit with our suppliers and initiated and restructuring of our business which gave us the momentum to continue trading. We are currently at loggerheads with our insurance company due to technicalities. Should the issue not be resolved in the coming two weeks the Directors will be forced to finance all refunds from their own pockets.
The restructuring of the business caused us to move shop; lay-off workers and initiate a re-work of our website. This has caused delays in communication and the website to be down for time being. What we want to guarantee is that we plan on fulfilling your orders in two weeks’ time. If not, we will refund you. We would like to apologise for the circumstance that we have caused, but we are working full time to fulfil your orders our circumstance prevailing.
