They owe me a refund for items never couriered from February 2020 . REFUND NOT PAID SINCE FEBRUARY 2020

Let's track down the owners!
Owes me R808. Was meant to get a refund but the pandemic happened and now no one replies to emails. I think I've found out the names of the owners though. If anyone lives in Jhb and can track them down, we could actually get something done because they've been completely fraudulent. Their names are: Doreen Emily Mlilo, and Sikhanyiso Khambule Ncube. Not sure if they're the owners but they've both emailed me before and are engaged to one another. Sikhanyiso's profile lists him as an entrepreneur so I assume he owns the company. They don't respond to fb messenger either.

Appalling Service!!!

Disappointed, unhappy and not trustworthy
I ordered and paid for a product on the 18 Feb 2020 and I still have not received the product and when I tried to call the number on their website the number goes to a voice recorder. And now I can’t even logon to their site. My worry is we are moving on the last day of this month from the delivery address I used and they might use that as the excuse for the order not to be delivered, but it's almost a month since the date of ordering. According to their response of the 16 Jul 2019 @ 09:56 to a customer that complained, they said their Shipping Policy is 2-7working days. Tomorrow will be exactly a month since I placed the order and still have not received it. I sent them emails and no response from them.
