I was defrauded by an installer who Fourways sold their products to. He installed a smaller split unit but charged for the bigger unit I got a quote for. He also removed the sticker with the model details to hide his deception. I made numerous calls to Fourways. I even spoke to Natasha (? Gibson? A director at Fourways) who promised to get back to me but never did. I am sitting with an incorrect unit, I don't have any warranty documentation, my request from Fourways to assist with a duplicate warranty book and model number has been ignored. It is obvious Fourways don't vet their 'accredited' installers and are certainly not bothered that the end user has suffered financial damage. It would seem their management may have a sense of self importance not to bother to respond to a small customer. I would urge all end users who have had Alliance or Samsung units fitted where Fourways were the distributor, to look at their machines to ensure the correct ones were installed. I would suggest to potential customers not to use any products distributed by Fourways as they appear to lack a moral responsibility towards the end user. Fourways, in my opinion, as with other big businesses, don't care about the little man. I guess their bottom line is their overriding priority.
