Naledi Slide causes injuries.

So angry. My children and I went to Naledi (the plane) at the mall. There is a slide going from the top to the floor which is adult sized. I went down the slide first and my children followed. This slide is so steep and so fast... which would be fine if the landing was right. It's not. There is a sharp drop of about a foot onto a hard floor. I hit the floor so hard and have now damaged my coccyx. That was two weeks ago and I have been in constant pain. BUT good thing I went down first. I could tell my 5 year old to slow himself down and caught my 2 year old. If I had not caught her, she would have gone flying off the slide and been hurt as well. I have mailed the mall and received no feedback or apology. All that need to be done is to put a soft landing pad but the lack thereof means that more people are going to get hurt.
