Unprofessional service delivery

I'm on vacation in Lonehill.

This morning at 09h45 only one cashier was working the till, we waited for 30 minutes before 3 more cashiers came to help, we were e customers in the queue. One of my items were not priced correctly, they called a supervisor I assume yo overwrite the R20 discount. She greeted me in an African language I don't even understand.

Please employ white, colored and Indians at your shop to service the customers properly. You don't only have African customers.
